If the activation code remains on your watch after entering it at fitbit.com/deezer:

3. If the activation code doesn’t go away on its own, press the back button on your watch and then open the Deezer app again.

To listen to your playlists:

Your Deezer playlists update when your watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network. If you added more tracks to a Deezer playlist that’s synced with your watch, your watch may run out of space when it attempts to download the new content. To download music without your charger:

Note that downloading music can be battery-intensive and Wi-Fi won't work on your watch when the battery is 25% or less.
